Almond Cake with Maple Icing
Ingredients

cup
butter
1/3
cup
maple syrup
I like dark robust
1/3
cup
dark rum
2
eggs
1/3
cup
milk
2/3
cup
almond flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1
cup
almond nuts, coursley ground
Instructions
Mix in a prepared bread loaf pan, so the cake will not stick. If batter seems too runny, add a bit more almond flour.
Cook at 350° for 20 minutes, no longer
After cooling, apply the frosting:
3/4 cup of cream cheese
1/3 cup of maple cream, must be at room temperature, if not warmer to combine.
