Pure Vermont Maple Sugar. 5 pound bag. Excellent for baking.Replace refined white sugar in any recipe. Full of natural minerals, antioxidants, and intense maple flavor, made purely from the sap of native maple trees. The maple sugar is made right in the sugarhouse, by boiling our wood fired maple syrup to 270 degrees, and stirring. As it cools, it granulates, and then is sifted to produce a fine product. Our packaging for this bulk sugar is a simple plastic bag. The maple sugar does not harden but may need breaking up just a bit.
