We reserve the right to discontinue any item or to cancel any order if products are unavailable. In such a case, we will notify you immediately and refund any payment you have made.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on your location, weight of the package, and UPS service. We ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada. If the package has been shipped USPS, customer should contact us for an insurance claim. Other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting our office by e-mail or telephone (802-728-3625).
We will normally ship your order to you within five business days. Please allow appropriate time for delivery. If you need your order expedited, please make a note of this on the order page comments.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait. Back ordered items are not charged until shipped.
Sales tax does not apply to food items. Sales tax is included in the price of the books.
Satisfaction guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
