At Silloway Maple our maple syrup is produced from native maple trees that are managed carefully, to promote optimum growth and productivity. We use all renewable resources—boiling the sap over a traditional wood fire and using solar power to generate the power for the sugarhouse needs. Our maple syrup wins many awards for top quality, being judged on density, clarity, color and flavor.
It is difficult to always give an accurate shipping quote through our automatic calculator, especially if you live west of the Mississippi River, so please email [email protected] or call 802-272-6249 if the shipping cost quoted is unreasonably high. We do our best to ensure your maple products arrive in good order and at the most reasonable cost.
Maple syrup should be stored in a cool, dark place until opened. Once opened, it must be refrigerated.
Maple syrup is available in four grades. To learn more about maple grades, click here.
