Kale Chips

Instructions

  • Eat more kale! This is one of those “by guess or by gorry” recipes, with all the quantities of ingredients, to taste. Strip the kale leaves from stems, and coat with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and, surprise!, a couple of tablespoons of maple syrup. Spread on a cookie sheet, and bake at 375° until crispy.
