Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup maple sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Add to remaining ingredients, and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake one hour, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
