Maple Oatmeal Drop Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together, and drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°, 12–15 minutes.
