Chia Seed Pudding – Black or White

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 T. chia seeds
  • 1 T. maple syrup
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 T. cocoa powder for chocolate pudding

Instructions

  • Shake ingredients together in a Mason jar and refrigerate one hour. 

Notes

Chias seed pudding can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for up to a week.
This pudding has the consistency of tapioca pudding. If you prefer a smoother pudding, use a blender for a few minutes before chilling. Chia seeds are packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
