Stir dry ingredients together, and cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Press into a buttered springform pan. Bake at 350° 15 minutes.
Filling
Beat ingredients together, and pour onto baked crust. Bake 60 minutes at 325°. Run a knife around the outside edge, but leave the cake in the pan. Let cool on counter, then place in refrigerator. Remove from pan when completely chilled.
Berry Topping
Bring to a simmer in a small saucepan. Thicken with: ½ c. water, stirred together with 2 T. cornstarch. Bring to a boil, while stirring, cool, and pour over cheesecake.
